Nov. 2014 - Apr. 2016Bucharest, RomaniaTrade Marketing Activities: - In-store activations/sampling activities: agency briefs defining the concept and the mechanic, customer tailor made presentations, supervising the implementation together with the agency and the field team, results evaluation; - Promo Materials : concept, sample approval, on time delivery tracking; - POSMs: concept, sample approval, presentations for sales force and production, SAP forms to create the prepacks, on time delivery and in-store implementation tracking ; - Trade magazines/retail catalogues articles: PR for brands/innovations, creating the graphic and the appropriate message; Budget tracking: - Monthly reports on trade marketing expenditures and accruals; - Building the budget for every campaign; - Evaluating all the costs in line with the monthly/brand split; - SAP orders and product creation forms; Presentations and reports: - Customized power point presentations for customers: IKA, distributors (Nielsen Data, portfolio, prepacks, novelties); - Nielsen Data reports: market/category trends, SOM evolution, NSD,WSD; Permanent communication with other departments: Sales: POSMs, promo materials, feedback; Brand: promo concept creation, trade materials development; Financial: expenditures reports; Legal: contracts, campaign regulation; Supply: EAN codes, products creation, product samples need; Factory: prepacks creation/loadings.
