- Recruitment for 3-4 studio locations, facilitated interviews for EMS Coach candidates, hired 10 trainers and promoted 3. - EMS Performance Coach - utilized Weimspro EMS technology to program and facilitate 8-10 personal training sessions/day.
- Initiated partnerships with 3 local businesses, planned 1-2 monthly pop ups, created “Wellness Pro” membership and managed Social Media efforts, from content creation and posting to engaging with followers.
