Before launching Deluxe Medellín Tours (DMT)—a boutique travel company focused on delivering luxury experiences in Medellín—I spent seven years working in the call center industry. During that time, I held key roles in sales, customer service analysis, recruiting, back-office operations, and as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). That experience helped shape my ability to communicate effectively, understand client needs, and navigate cross-functional teams with precision. Today, as the founder and director of DMT, I bring that same level of discipline and attention to detail to the hospitality and tourism space. I work closely with international clients to design high-end, customized travel and nightlife experiences throughout Medellín. My focus is always on service, trust, and delivering results that exceed expectations—whether it’s managing a luxury itinerary or building long-term client relationships.
