I’m a bilingual professional with over a decade of combined experience across customer service, sales, business development, and tourism. Before launching Deluxe Medellín Tours (DMT)—a boutique travel company focused on delivering luxury experiences in Medellín—I spent seven years working in the call center industry. During that time, I held key roles in sales, customer service analysis, recruiting, back-office operations, and as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). That experience helped shape my ability to communicate effectively, understand client needs, and navigate cross-functional teams with precision. Today, as the founder and director of DMT, I bring that same level of discipline and attention to detail to the hospitality and tourism space. I work closely with international clients to design high-end, customized travel and nightlife experiences throughout Medellín. My focus is always on service, trust, and delivering results that exceed expectations—whether it’s managing a luxury itinerary or building long-term client relationships.
