·Processed over 60 requests a day to stay on top of production numbers set by Ciox.
·Developed how to read microfilm, order charts, and electronically send records.
·Effectively initiated training on how to comply with certified requests.
·Produced 2 certified requests a week, which included how to read affidavits, subpoenas, and court orders. ·Complied with 15 HITECH requests a week by burning CD's with records and using FedEx to make sure they were received in a timely manner. ·Accepted phone calls from third party companies and doctor’s office to give updated status on requests being submitted.
