Generated workforce planning and growth forecasts based on new projects, job evaluations, compensation, and benefits analysis. • Drove cultural changes and ensured talent development across the organisation by directing the end-to-end implementation of transformative HR projects, including: - Established the Centre of Excellence as the cornerstone of the HR strategy - Laid foundation of the HR Academy for training all HRBNPs for Oman Oil Company - Executed competency framework development project using the Petro skills system
