Apr. 2015 - Jun. 2016As Implementation Lead Consultant I lead and contribute to a range of projects, all demanding effective project management and delivery of objectives to time, quality and budget constraints. Strong communication skills enable me to build relationships that ensure effective team working with internal and external partners, consistently resulting in successful engagements. Implementation Projects: Set and managing customer expectations on both software functionality and implementation timescales. Working with the HEI to scope and plan the project implementation, including: technical, installation, consultancy, training and development. Supporting cross organisation communication planning and delivery Ensuring good practise is implemented by the client in configuration management, testing management and maintenance. Maximising hand-over to the client to enable optimum use of software to meet their needs Continuous Improvement Contracts: Working from concept through to contract delivery to assist Universities to plan and deliver improvements across all aspects of the Student Journey. Developing proposals in line with the strategic objectives of the HEI. Planning and delivering Business Reviews that enable a holistic analysis of process, people and technological review. Producing documentation to support a professional and consistent approach to Continuous Improvement Projects Working with University teams at every level through each stage of the project: pre-start up; vision and strategy; business review; finalising the solution and delivery of the contract I also work effectively with pre-sales and sales colleagues to support our responses to Requests For Proposals and Invitations To Tender. This requires written responses and reports, stakeholder meetings, tender presentations and follow up activity.
