• Drove $1.4 million NPV in incremental checking accounts by applying linear programming optimization methods to enhance media and fulfillment allocation. This approach maximized yield while effectively balancing constraints related to impression
share and brand defense.
• Oversee acquisition A/B testing across DotCom, SEM, Social, Display, and Direct Mail channels, focusing on test design, execution, and measurement using advanced statistical techniques such as Logit Regression, GLM Regressions, Hurdle Models, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) statistics. These efforts yielded approximately $7.1 million NPV annually.
• Designed a survival model to highlight onboarding features that support retention, then deployed cross-sell methods during origination, augmenting household balances by 30% without extra acquisition costs.
