Mar. 2022 - Jun. 2022Los Angeles -Met with all departments before production began to make sure that each department was clear on Netflix’s sustainability goals. -Worked with each department to come up with a sustainability plan for them to follow. -Throughout production I was checking in with each department and assisting them in decreasing their carbon footprint, reducing waste, recycling and using local sustainable products.
-During production I implemented a composting system and educated the whole crew on what could and couldn’t be composted. I oversaw and managed composting, recycling and waste for both stages. I also oversaw and managed composting, recycling and waste during lunch for the crew. I successfully managed to compost about 75% of waste, recycled about 20% of waste and 5% of waste was trash. -I completed the Climate Action Plan for the show after wrapping.
