Produce social media content at regular cadence for both inbound lead generation and HR recruiting on a national level.
Key Contributions: • Design and develop marketing channel strategies (media, events, digital, social and short form content)
• Developed marketing strategy and campaigns with partners (press releases, patient and provider facing material, case studies and testimonials)
• Collaborate with Communications and Policy teams to develop comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies.
• Work on internal messaging/community projects with all Employee Resource Groups.
• Develop best practice guidelines, recommend paid and organic promotions, and monitor channel
effectiveness to continuously improve impact based on insights from data.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel
levels to inform future campaign strategies and tactics.
