Key Responsibilities:
• Support VMware channel partners and VMware's own channel sales and marketing on VMware's Partner Network program.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the return on investment (ROI) from partnerships. This involves identifying key partners, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and aligning their capabilities with the company's strategic goals.
• Analyze the performance of existing investments in partners and determine areas for improvement. This could involve financial analysis, market analysis, and risk assessment to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans, align goals, and ensure mutual benefits. This includes regular communication and meetings to discuss performance, objectives, and strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive partner-led sales and co-marketing initiatives. This can include joint campaigns, co-branded marketing materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell and market the company's products or services. This might involve creating training programs, providing sales tools, and offering ongoing support.
• Regularly monitor and report on partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and objectives. This includes analyzing sales data, market penetration, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure that all partnership activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This might involve contract management, legal compliance checks, and adherence to ethical standards.
