Jun. 2014 - Jun. 2016Warsaw, Masovian District, Polando Setting up a company’s branch in Poland from scratch – reaching 8th position on Polish toy market (NPD) in two years of operating, 2nd position in Infant and Toddler Category. o Managing a Marketing Team. o Launching new toys brands in Poland: Lamaze, Chuggington (Stacyjkowo), Toomies, Aquadoodle, Disney licensed products – product development, line selection, pricing strategy, positioning, sales plan and implementation. o Full responsibility for marketing activities in Poland – adapting global guidelines to Polish market and setting up strategies for Company and brands launch, budget planning and tracking, P&L analysis, channel and Customer strategies, pricing, trade marketing, on-line activities. o Close cooperation with Sales Team, Country Manager and Regional Brand Team, Product Development and Compliance Team, Supply Chain and (last but not least) Customers. o Public Relations for TOMY in Poland.
