• Assisting at Helpdesk which is a resource for all LabourNet clients where they can phone in with any labour related query.
• Analysing employee files.
• Initiating and conducting labour audits.
• Managing debts, age analyses and payments by clients.
• Managing a client base from different industries in terms of retention, quality and service value.
• Negotiating and dealing with highly unionised environments.
• Mentoring and evaluating junior Consultants.
• Preparing general correspondence to unions on behalf of our clients.
• Marketing.
