Primary contact and sales support for dealership, customer, regional and internal relations, questions and issues. Provide dealers and customers with contact, process and important information to order and deliver vehicles through these programs through our dealerships and/or internally. Where possible, proactively preempt issues or holistically address repeat and/or similar concerns to ensure consistency and efficiency across programs. Administer the enrollment/cancellation processes for programs ensuring proper documentation and processing according to program policy and procedure. Ensure proper communication flow with customer and dealer. Act as project lead for implementation of process and system changes. Responsible for producing reports and communicating with General Managers and Department Managers to ensure fiscal goals are met. Responsible for managing all payment and billing processes. Monitors outstanding payable aging reports and drives action plans to resolve past due invoices. Maintains relationships with other finance departments including Purchasing, Accounting, and Controlling to ensure align expectations. Monitors revenue in SAP systems to assist in reconciliation with financial statements and data warehouse reports. Ensures materials and services are Goods Receipted in the period in which they are received/completed. Identifies and communicates accruals to the Accounting department on a quarterly and year-end basis.
