Jan. 2008 - Jan. 2009Managed staff of three to provide feedback on work, manage schedule, assist with prioritizing projects, mid-year and annual review preparation and execution, disciplinary action, cross training, process creation and improvement, and liaison between sales directors. Provide North American leadership teams with daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports along with analysis of state of the business. Reports included weekly sales by customer, quarterly comp store sales, year end sales along with metrics to bonus payouts. Responsible for International Home and Housewares Show including contract negotiation, booth space selection and layout, budget management, coordination of special events, setup and teardown and running weekly progress meetings. Participate on Sales Leadership team to provide updates on Sales Operations initiatives on a weekly basis.
