Responsible for project management in a specialized cost reduction/service improvement environment, including managed competition, public/private partnerships, internal consolidations, as well as various projects and initiatives. LEAN/SIX SIGMA:
I hold a Black Belt in LEAN/Six Sigma and spearheaded the City's Six Sigma program and Green Belt Six Sigma training. LEAN/Six Sigma training and initiatives that are performed here at the City include 5S implementation, risk analysis, process mapping, cause and effect analysis, and statistical analysis as data is collected across various projects. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE/ANALYTICS:
I worked across the organization to help create external facing dashboards (Tableau) that inform citizens of issues surrounding our community and services they receive from the City. Additionally, my office partnered with departments and facilitates executive level stat meetings intended to identify strategies and tie activities to Mayor/City Council outcome-based goals.
