In FY22, my team and I helped Ciena achieve significant milestones in talent attraction and employer branding. For the first time, we surpassed competitors in Glassdoor rankings with a global rating of 4.4. Campaign-driven job applications increased by 16.56%, while website visits grew by 18.76% compared to FY21. Additionally, we attracted 367,653 new job seekers, representing a 21.89% increase year-over-year, and improved our application conversion rate by 8.98%.
