From that date to the very last day in march 2012 it was an incredible journey. This saw me promoted several times, being seconded to Barrow-in-Furness for two months, win awards on performance, move and exceed at one of the companies largest stores- metro centre. it saw a move back to london where i joined the companies leading store on oxford street. I was even lucky enough to take part, complete and raise money in the Phones4U 3 peaks challenge. Within the last year i was running 3 stores in a cluster and controlling all aspects of customer excellence including coaching and training, investigating and disciplinary hearings along with store visits on 35 stores across London.
