• Lead consistently on all KPI's both as an individual contributor, and as a south team • Execute & help develop customized outbound marketing campaigns to support field sales team • Work with marketers to build out RFP requirements and gain invitations to participate in their interactive marketing evaluations
• Share email marketing best practices and thought leadership with prospects throughout the pre-sales process
• Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving so that the assigned region/team meets its required level of service and production on a daily basis • Be the communication link between front-line team members and management
