Through our dynamic programming, we connect girls with diverse and accomplished female role models who inspire them to explore career possibilities and cultivate their curiosity and learning. Here in Hong Kong, we launched in 2020 and have grown rapidly. With the incredible support of over 2,000 female role models and corporate sponsors like HSBC Asset Management, LSEG, HKEX, and more, we've impacted over 3,500 girls across 25 local schools, including Kowloon True Light School, St. Teresa Secondary School, and Chinese Foundation School. Our mission is bold: We aim to increase the number of girls in our program by 5,000. To achieve this goal, we're actively seeking new corporate partners, especially within male-dominated fields, who share our commitment to bridging the gender gap in leadership. The major importance that this internship had for my professional development was that it let me find out first hand that the design process is not as subtle as it is made to feel by the fashion industry, but it is in fact a highly analythical process and is based all on starategically selected concepts.
