- Developed style guides and SOPs for brands and catalogs; trained associates on InDesign, proofing processes, and catalog production
- Attended press checks to ensure quality of print materials
- Implemented new department communication with Microsoft Sway and Microsoft Forms, increasing visibility of department and company initiatives, processes, and updates
