Sep. 2023 - Feb. 2025Position of Operations Manager created to leverage my technical competency with institutional knowledge and familiarity at Renew’s 4 cinemas (the Hiway, Ambler, County, and Garden). All cinemas date to the silent era, and their 9 screens have a combined patron capacity of 1500 patrons and a combined 2024 annual earned revenue of $3.4mil. Supervised and facilitated the hiring, training, and performance of all manager/projectionist teams (app. 20p) and assisted them in performing those duties for their own floor staff teams. Created, refined, and taught reference materials, training protocols, and company policy. Coordinated endeavors with Renew’s administrative and office teams, promoting cohesive effort, policy, and execution across six operational branches. Performed high level maintenance on all theater systems (projection, sound, masking, lighting). In cooperation with Director of Operations Jesse Crooks, developed and participated in the training process of the first group of post-digital 35MM projectionists (after myself). Continued to perform the duties as Acting Head Manager of both the Hiway and Ambler Theaters as a result of significant employee restructuring following the extended closures, and shifting economic and industry landscapes, of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Responsible for the training and supervision 15-20 manager/digital projectionists and floor staff. Apprenticed under Director of Operations Jesse Crooks as a 35MM projectionist; the first post-digital-conversion trainee and only woman; and participated in the return of celluloid film projection to Renew Theaters. After government mandated closure, re-assumed this position as sole Ambler employee hosting private rentals during the COVID-19 pandemic and oversaw the gradual resumption of full public operations.
