Oct. 2018Med. Tech and SaaS business. As a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team, I report directly to the CEO, driving the company's people strategy. My role encompasses overseeing all aspects of 'People Operations' throughout the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to organizational design and total rewards management. My remit covers all departments from manufacturing through to marketing. With a keen focus on cultivating a thriving workforce, I ensure that the company is staffed with the right individuals, positioned strategically, and supported for maximum productivity. This is achieved by nurturing a culture rooted in the company's vision, values, and leadership principles.
In essence, I spearhead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an environment where every employee feels valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute to the company's success. Key Accomplishments:
• Revenue growth of more than 10x over five years leading to an IPO and the company becoming listed on the New York Stock Exchange in August 2023
• ROI of $10.9 for every $1 invested by my department.
• +67% in productivity through initiatives delivered.
• 100% YoY growth 2016-Present (70% from increasing the productivity of existing business, 30% new business acquisition) • Reduced operating costs in both CAPEX and OPEX through closely working with finance on budgets, and vendor management, negotiation, and relationships.
