This role required meticulous planning, effective communication, and strategic implementation to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations. I collaborated closely with stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and Directors at Nike WHQ, to align transition strategies with organizational goals. This involved regular consultations to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure that the transition process met the high standards expected at Nike. I was also instrumental in developing eLearning modules to support the transition, providing employees with the necessary tools and knowledge to adapt to their new environment. Additionally, I established and disseminated best practices for transition and change management, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the transition process. My responsibilities included: Coordinating and overseeing the logistics of the move.
