Conceptualized and oversaw production and implementation of a "brand puzzle" to serve as a reference for all employees for the company's brand essence and attributes. Puzzle won a Silver 2012 Pyramid Award Competition, sponsored by Promotional Products Association International, the international trade association for the promotional products industry. Award recognizes use of promotional products to create effective integrated marketing communications programs. Formalized company's agency communications function including online news functionality, work hand-in-hand with business leaders on messaging and communications strategies for key initiatives designed to help the business grow profitably. Initiated Marketing Communications function, leveraging rebrand to build and deploy suite of materials to help independent agents grow with Kemper Preferred.
