Nov. 2018 - Dec. 2019Dubai, United Arab EmiratesReporting into the Senior Vice President in a role responsible for revolutionising the marketing functions and lead department into a new digitally led area of growth across Bloomingdale’s, Harvey Nichols, Home Stores, Fine Jewellery and Beauty portfolios. - Responsible for an omni-channel marketing strategy that drives loyalty and differentiated end-to-end customer experience. -Lead Brand Strategy across all brands accelerating momentum and brand position to ensure extensive reach.
-Develop customer acquisition strategies, cultivating a strong voice, visual identity and customer touch points ensuring target audience is engaged.
-Oversee the planning, development and execution of all marketing and advertising initiatives, including Creative, PR, Events, Social Media and CRM.
-Build a data-driven, ROI driven marketing department. -Manage and lead a team of 20 FTEs across content, EDM, design and creative, PR, events, influencer and partnerships, omnichannel marketing, social media, brand marketing and campaign management. -Develop and manage all external brand management and partnerships ensuring a strong presence in the region and continuous growth throughout.
-Responsible for budget management within all marketing departments.
-Responsible for team development and attrition.
