Social event coverage delivered a 395% MOM increase in impressions. - Developed and delivered engaging global digital channel strategies in line with brand initiatives to drive brand awareness, significantly improve traffic and YOY growth: Impressions (+323% YOY), engagement (+122.4% YOY), Net New Audience (+272% YOY). - Owning all social channels, delivering best-in-class social content that engages with our existing customer base and extends reach to potential new customers. Content systems include Sprout Social, Hopper, Facebook Creator Studio and Adobe Photoshop. - Managing content across CRM, GG Website and Blog channels, reporting on best practices and growth driving initiatives, key learnings and future objectives. - Working alongside the Brand Team to plan, produce and execute a transparent, cohesive and audible content calendar to brand guidelines. - Working with PR and Influencer teams to create newsworthy stories within our content. - Increase brand awareness through relevant and on-brand content. - Increase engagement with our external stakeholders. - Increase traffic and sales on the website through building landing pages on TP. - Contributing to the overarching global content strategy for the brands. - Ensuring Social Media channels are always monitored and engaged. - Working with the PPC team to ensure boosted posts and paid social ads are well managed to drive engagement and sales. - Fully supported with the delivery of 2020 project concepts and consumer insights that are locked into next year’s calendar. - Manage Ameliorate, Mama and Mio social channels during peak times. - Deliver Data-Backed Content Strategies for Social, CRM, YouTube and Blog Channels.
