At McGee, I spearhead the development, updating, and implementation of policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
I stay abreast of employment laws, regulations, legislative shifts, and industry best practices to continually refine and update our compliance protocols.
I oversee regular internal audits to evaluate practices, policies, and records for compliance.
I coordinate external and internal reporting obligations, including but not limited to EEOC, OFCCP, VETS4212, and AAP reports.
I design and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on compliance policies and practices.
I ensure team members are kept informed about regulatory changes and their implications for the organization.
I develop metrics and utilize analytical tools to identify trends and assess known, corrected, or unknown risks, and craft programs to mitigate risks effectively.
I collaborate closely with legal counsel to address legal matters concerning company practices.
I establish and maintain comprehensive records pertaining to compliance activities, ensuring proper documentation of all compliance-related processes and actions taken concerning policies and collective bargaining agreements. For the following stations: SEA, PAE, PDX, SFO, LAX, OAK, SJC, PHX, HDQ
