With a proven track record in leadership development, management training, organizational strategy, business transformation, upskilling and reskilling, career pathing, and instructional design, Shawn collaborates with clients to design customized solutions—free from outdated concepts and cookie-cutter content. Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University. He furthered his training as an inaugural member of the American Academy of Conducting at the Aspen Music Festival and School and holds the Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional certification, Hogan Assessments
