• Overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of the facilities.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register and tracking and verifying assets. • Managing fleet vehicle contracts (fleet card and full maintenance lease).
• Administering expenses and analysing data to improve operational efficiency.
• Processing short-term insurance claims and enforcing polices / procedures.
• Executing effective strategies for ensuring smooth functioning of RAF fleet vehicles. • Integrating HR and RAF performance management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Preparing direct reports, creating budget plans and approving invoices for payment. .
