The implementation of this process and system reduced the code deployment times from 30 – 45 minutes to 10 – 20 minutes and reduced the risk of human error by 100%. Once implemented, this solution supported parallel development and testing for multiple ecommerce projects. The initiative resulted in a 3-fold increase in project releases over a 6 month time period while maintaining the same level of quality.
