This experience allowed me to master every aspect of the hospitality industry, developing a skill set that spans from operations to leadership. Here’s how my journey progressed through key roles: Food Runner: Learned the fundamentals of guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service with attention to detail and speed, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Barback: Enhanced my understanding of behind-the-scenes efficiency, supporting bartenders and ensuring bars operated smoothly, especially during peak times. This role taught me the importance of preparation and teamwork. Busser: Developed strong customer interaction skills, ensuring that guests’ needs were met quickly and that venues stayed clean and inviting, even in high-energy, fast-paced environments. Lead/Manager: Transitioned into leadership by managing teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving the success of large-scale events. I honed my ability to motivate staff, resolve issues efficiently, and keep operations running flawlessly under pressure. Bartender: Mastered the art of cocktail making and guest interaction, becoming a key part of the customer experience. I used creativity and knowledge of market trends to develop drinks that enhanced the venue’s appeal, contributing directly to revenue growth. This journey across the top clubs in Vegas shaped my identity in the industry. My ability to rise through the ranks and excel in every position is a testament to my commitment, adaptability, and passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences. It ultimately positioned me for leadership roles, including General Manager at London REIGN showclub, Beverage Director at 3rd Base LA, and Bar Manager at OFF Sunset.
