NantHealthSenior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer
Dec. 2012 - Jan. 2018Boston, MAAt NantHealth I worked with US and global partners on the company’s core mission of driving physician adoption and payer coverage of the unique Genomic Proteomic Spectroscopy (GPS) and data analytics capabilities. The ability to perform a whole genome sequence, tumor vs. normal, of DNA and RNA in conjunction with quantified proteomic analysis provided the raw data for proprietary models required to suggest a patient-specific treatment plan, aka precision or personalized medicine. These plans can result in clinical trials for exciting new immunotherapy vaccines and other forms of treatments, sourced from NantWorks' biotech labs as well as from third party pharmaceutical companies. I had responsibility for NantHealth's Marketing organization and strategy and for Business Development for GPS Cancer. Prior to its acquisition by NantHealth I served as Chief Commercial Officer for NaviNet, a provider of a SaaS-based national payer/provider information exchange network. I had responsibility for payer and provider sales, account management, marketing, business development and overall strategy for the company. I was intimately involved in raising capital and eventually selling the company to NantHealth after having launched the next generation platform, NaviNet Open.
