As principal consultant, I design marketing communications strategies. My team and I create marketing and press materials, polish online assets, and design social media campaigns to attract media coverage and increase public awareness. My experience in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America allows me to effectively assist companies expand their sales in the US or international markets. Previous projects to assist clients include: • Drew Kelechi, anti-bullying advocate and book author. Provided brand development advice, marketing, and media promotion of a school anti-bullying program and a book about Mr. Kelechi’s experiences with bullying as a child. Successfully pitched the author as a key interviewee for a nationally broadcast Sirius radio show. • 1424 Marketing Group. Increased brand awareness and search engine rankings for clients of the 1424 Marketing Group, an inbound marketing agency. Conducted search engine optimization (SEO) audits and keyword research to create online content that raised client’s search rankings from 10th or lower positions to the highest three places. • National Association of Community Health Centers. Responsible for digital outreach efforts as part of the organization’s advocacy strategy to secure additional funding during the FY2020 House and Senate appropriations processes. Used data metrics in specialized government affairs software to design and optimize email, phone, and write-in advocacy campaigns in support of increased appropriations.
