Jun. 2021 - Nov. 2023Brewster, New York, United States- Manage payroll for 20+ employees on a bi-weekly basis through QuickBooks, including making EFTPS and NYS tax payments, and tracking employee time-off/PTO
- Member of Events Committee, responsibilities include planning, setting up, and breaking down for major events on Pegasus farm such as Annual Gala hosting approximately 250+ guests
- Coordinate with the Development team to assist and maximize fundraising efforts
- Responsible for timely management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including making banking deposits and producing checks to vendors
- Maintain a well-organized filing system
- Human resources tasks including on-boarding for new employees, maintaining employee records, reporting claims, a yearly review of insurance policies for individuals and property
- Responsible for all Program billing including groups and individuals, including writing Memorandum of - Understanding, contracts, and invoices for partnered groups and sending invoices
- Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International Administrator responsible for the reaccreditation process including updating all Program, Admin, and Facility forms and policies to be within PATH Standards
- Lead the Facilities Committee to obtain a 100k Facility Grant for renovations and managed all renovations/projects with Contractors
- Maintain accounting records within QuickBooks, including credit cards charges, bills, invoices, employee records, and reporting
- Assist in maintaining office equipment, inventory, and technologies
- Coordinate with Executive Director to create, implement, and update Pegasus policies as needed
