Apr. 2010 - Jun. 2012- Offered executive support to the VP of the Technology Services division, Business Manager of the Technology Services division, Director of Field Management for Technology Services, and the Director of Family History and Business Relationship Management for Technology Services. This support included coordinating calendars, scheduling travel, tracking and following up on action items, screening phone calls and mail, organizing large meetings, preparing presentations, preparing and publishing agendas and minutes, preparing and editing executive reports, and performing other work as required. - Stewardship over executive projects including division seating chart, Employee Talent Investment Program, scheduling executive events, tracking software licensing, and employee mobile device program.
- Served as the program manager for the VIP Committee for the departmental technology conference (SORT).
