CrehanaProduct Designer
Nov. 2021 - Jun. 2024I have worked in the Apps team at Crehana since I started there, and later I was offered to also be a part of the Design System team for the Foundations and Mobile library. I work with another designer and a team of engineers, who are in charge of Android, iOS and the TV app. I'm in charge of everything from writing scripts and conducting user interviews to designing and prototyping in Figma. There is a lot of communication with Product and Engineering, especially while working in the Design System. I use Amplitude and our quarterly reports to assess metrics and propose new changes and experiments to conduct.

Mar. 2019La PlataCo-founded the Service Design Club, an international community that aims at connecting professionals and amateurs from different disciplines who are interested in sharing their knowledge about Service Design. We host the Global Service Jam's local chapter, have our own Discord server, host a podcast and also host weekly and monthly challenges.
