•Reputation and Crisis Management: Built and managed a cross-functional program to monitor and protect brand reputation across media, reviews, and digital channels, ensuring strategic response to emerging issues; maintain consistent 4-star rating across eight review sites, and a negativity score of less than 20%.
•Content & Social Media Strategy: Execute strategic content strategy (blog, social, email marketing & collateral) to support media relations, social media and reputation efforts.
•Awards Program: Lead end-to-end strategy for awards and recognition, earning accolades from Inc., Deloitte, Great Place to Work, and others to strengthen employer brand and industry credibility.
•Brand Building: Develop positioning, messaging, mission, vision and visual identity for the doxo brand as it evolves.
