• Rebranded all communication vehicles and materials, including a new website, resulting in a big jump in new users and visits.
• Co-creator of New Orleans' inaugural Museum Month, currently in its tenth year with over 20 local museum partners.

• Increased museum attendance: 40% in the first year of employment. Attendance increased year after year, reaching the highest attendance in 2016 since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
