• Provide guidance and support for platform strategy (ex: Salesforce)
• Project management - managing schedules, budgets, and project performance metrics
• Lead the charge on user research & information architecture
• Advertising program planning, management, and reporting. Specifically managing conversion rate from ad to landing page to lead/conversion with up to a 20% convert-to-lead performance.
