Managed to consistently increase sales by 28.57% to 40% each month, compared to previous monthly revenue of IDR 500–700 million. - Developed digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) with a focus on enhancing ads to drive traffic and increase online sales, resulting in a 10% increase in traffic. - Prepared monthly sales reports covering performance analysis, target achievements, and sales projections for the next month, serving as a basis for management evaluation. - Created routine stock inventory reports for online sales to monitor and maintain product availability. Project Based - Developed the company website www.indosuksespratama.co.id from design to implementation, using HTML and CSS. Responsible for interface design, page structure, and optimizing the appearance across different devices. - Managed and maintained the company’s email server, responsible for domain settings, DNS configuration (MX Records, SPF/TXT, DKIM, and DMARC), IMAP migration (from Hostinger server to Zoho platform), and backup recovery.
