• Federal Security Clearances;
• Attend Daily Standup meetings, developer meetings, and ops team meetings to listen for opportunities to improve documentation for day-to-day issues/obstacles;
• DHS-FEMA, DHS-CISA, and DOD Federal government experience;
• Crafting and refining customized executive summaries, resumes, experience narratives, past performance documentation, and management sections to align with proposal objectives.
1. Document Creation/Project Management:
• Write and edit user manuals, technical guides, and other documentation related to alignments for project subjects with project delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and applications scientists to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Assist assigned staff in coordinating production of information and materials (e.g., written policy guidance, strategy, information and action memoranda, texts of speeches and articles, congressional testimony, talking points, and background information;
• Accomplishing drafting/editing and sending communications
• Proposal drafting and implementation upon approval.
2. Content Development:
• Research and understand subjected technologies, workflows, and best practices.
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly content suitable for diverse audiences, including technicians, stakeholders, and professional expertise.
• Experience designing and developing graphics and illustrations for use in technical materials, manuals, and publications searchers, and automation engineers.
• Develop and maintain editorial and 508 compliance.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Review and proofread documentation to ensure clarity,
consistency, and adherence to established standards.
• Provide direct support to internal and external program forums, job aids, and strategic planning processes.
4. Process Improvement/Management analyzing:
• Develop training materials, including presentations, training briefs, and SOPs
