Managed a delivery budget of £100M and ensured compliance with NIST and NCSC security standards while operating across secure government environments and international dependencies. Oversaw the full delivery lifecycle, from business case development and stakeholder alignment through design, configuration, testing, legacy migration, change adoption, and global deployment. The programme replaced fragmented, outdated systems with a unified, secure cloud-based platform — improving operational efficiency, financial control, data transparency, and scalability across international government sites.
