Helping People Leads in assessments and performance reviews, to foster professional advancement of the people in the organization. • Support for company event and a better and sustainable company's merchandising catalog, improving environmental impact through recycled materials while advancing CSR goals. • Plan and execute of the Learning and Development area, with an internal academy for soft skills and language training, empowering people working in the company with growth opportunities. • Spearheaded creative initiatives, including a summer camp for children of people working in the company, promoting work-life balance.
