On the client-facing side I focus on our enterprise relationships, leading the sales and customer success efforts. I am the main architect for large scale, multi-year licensing, service, and support agreements. Enterprise relationships can be challenging and I am particularly adept at seeing and navigating the big picture of an enterprise engagement in terms of budgets, multiple stakeholders, security audits, product fit/value, and ongoing customer success. Internally, I manage the production and support teams, making sure they are living up to our “best-in-service” company value. I participate in weekly customer success calls with our biggest clients, gathering feedback and offering solutions. I also work closely with the product team to help design, spec, and deliver our latest features from feedback we receive from clients. Finally, I work on all the things a startup needs to reflect on itself and continue to grow, such as forecasting and budgeting, strategy development and implementation, and working with our employees to make sure they continue to be motivated.
