I've provided white glove service to Strategy & Consulting Data & AI practices, working with diverse groups across Market-wide (~200 ppl), West Region (~250 ppl), & Midwest Region (~150 ppl). I was an early adopter of GenAI for HR, using tools like GPT for summarizing and proofing & CoPilot for ideation and notes. I customized global COE approaches to fit our Midwest practice, managing key HR activities like onboarding, integration, staffing, transfers, separations, productivity metrics, & I&D for ~150 employees. As a trusted advisor, I proactively managed staffing, exceeding productivity targets & supply availability stayed below 10%. Anticipating needs weeks in advance, I played a key role in maintaining KPIs and connecting personally with our practice to improve attrition during extensive practice leadership changes. I delivered various presentations to audiences up to 500, covering HR topics like performance achievement, total rewards, Global Data & AI org changes, mental health, & productivity metrics. My approach ensured equitable, consistent people practices during significant leadership changes in Data & AI. I was a key contributor to low attrition during each leadership change acting as "the glue" for the practice. I've built strong relationships with MDs, leading the performance cycle, including comp admin. Identifying & managing low performers maintained a dynamic workforce.
