Nov. 2008 - May. 2014Belo Horizonte e Região, BrasilActuation as a HR Business Partner of 2 main areas (11 Factories and 5 Mines in South America) working with projects of People Development (Engagement Researches, Talent Management Programs – trainees and interims, Organizational Diagnostics regarding People Satisfaction, Competences Matrix) and HR Basic Process as Compensation and Benefits studies (promotions), Pay Roll (costs impacts regarding turnover and absenteeism,), T&D (Jobs Formation Programs, Performance and Leadership evaluations, Succession Plan), Labor/Industrial Relations (leaders’ orientation, punishment tool’s application, support in demission process, Union relations, etc). The main focus of my job is to promote a good environment to develop leadership applying HR tools with justice. I was in charge of South American Trainee and Interns Program selecting in Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Brazil. I was responsible for 100 interns located in de factories and mines and 14 global trainees acting in south America.
