After Patria investments (this group is associated with Blackstone Investments Group in NYC) have bought most of Tenco’s share, I was hired to support the creation and implementation of People and Management Area. I supported all the culture designing (definition of Mission, Vision and Values), the definition of the organizational structure of our corporate areas and shoppings, creation of main People’s Policies (Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation, Transferences), management of goal’s culture implementation with Falconi Consulting support, deploying all process implemented in all malls of our portfolio and negotiate with all unions and working councils in Brazil (13 Contracts were signed generating a 1,5MM saving in 1 year - 2016). I was responsible for People Package Cost taking care of 65MM / year regarding labor expenses. In 2016 we applied for GPTW (Great Place to Work) in a new category of shopping centers in Brazil and achieved a great result in the first year(medium score of 11 shoppings: 84 and we was rewarded nationally as the best shopping center to work for in 2016 with our Mall in Arapiraca – Alagoas with a 94,7 score). I lead a corporate team with 6 people and in each shopping I have 1 focal point of People and Management in each shopping in Brazil (total 18 employees). He are responsible to support our retailer with al P&M processes to help them with their business management. In 2 years we participated of 6 greenfields implementation and 2 Acquisitions supporting all steps of the projetcs regarding P&M processes. I was the leader of Esocial project and Labor Reform as well. I supported the payroll outsourcing implementation with ADP Brasil generating process improvement with automation and we reduced 70% of our working extra hours in Human Resources Area.
