Work Background
Lead Gen AI Technologist
AmazonLead Gen AI Technologist
Feb. 2025Scottsdale, Arizona, United StatesAt Amazon, I lead with expertise in GenAI and Software development the adoption of Generative AI across large organizations at Amazon, as a catalyst for technical, product, employee enjoyment and cultural transformation. As an empathetic leader my goal is to bring everyone along the GenAI revolution. I lead by doing, lean on my additional technical expertise, my product development and delivery and at the same time delivering real time training, demos, curriculums, certification programs. My focus is on embedding GenAI deeply into how we build, operate, and innovate—helping teams move faster, improve quality, unlock new efficiencies, and innovations that lead to fast iterations and of product ideas leading to faster time to market. I partner directly with senior leadership (VPs and directors) and principal engineers to design strategic pilots, measure real-world impact, and scale the most promising applications across all of Amazon. I believe Generative AI is more than a tool; it’s a new way of thinking that demands curiosity, courage, and a willingness to experiment. I work hands-on with engineering teams to integrate tools like Amazon Q, Amazon Bedrock, and other products outside of Amazon to integrate into their daily workflows, while also building leadership mechanisms that foster widespread adoption. Every success story we generate not only accelerates our technical and innovation velocity but strengthens the culture of Think Big to continue to create exceptional value to our Customers. My passion lies in painting the vision of what we we will become, how we will prepare, and how we make real progress to get there and then getting my hands dirty with these abilities by helping builders, product managers and leaders alike tap into the potential of AI to create a better, faster, more resilient future where we bring the people with us and prepare for a more curated and guided way of working with AI on our hips.
