>Produces video and audio edits consisting of cuts, dissolves, fades, wipes, and other special transitional elements as required. Transitions must be edited precisely and meet all aesthetic, artistic, and technical requirements of the program.
>Serves as a videographer covering news events and feature stories, requiring minimal supervision and direction. Content produced will be utilized in Television, web/social media, and radio broadcast.
Production Management
>Manages all stages of production including pre and post-production; and producing and directing live network, major market television productions, or network quality webcast productions to a national audience that involved multiple cameras, videotape roll-ins, visuals, and special audio and video effects including graphic art, digital non-linear video formats for presentation across a broad spectrum of audiences.
>Leads and works as a member of a multi-disciplinary development team (i.e., content specialist, instructional designers, audiovisual and television production specialists, artists, etc.) developing effective instructional media for USPTO programs areas
Key Accomplishments:
>Serves as the go-to person for providing superior direction, technical leadership, and troubleshooting for significant, high-visibility events through work on projects involving USPTO Senior Executive staff. >Led flawless implementation of several high-profile events, such as the National Inventors Hall of Fame celebration, the Smithsonian Institute Innovation Festival, and the USPTO Town Hall.
>Successfully produced numerous audio Podcasts featuring high level executives at the agency.
