Directly reported to former General Manager (currently Chairman). This project arised due of a need in digitalization of sales department for efficient and sustainable processes. Worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM also Tableau for BI Reports. • Conducted the implementation process of the CRM software for the company. In order to set on a right CRM software, broke down the selling process while analyzing and understanding the needs of the team. Focused on creating a user-friendly interface by shaping the default areas, most CRM softwires come default as product oriented system but it required to be re-constructed for a service provider company. • Creating workflows and alerts for missed opportunities or accounts, weekly and annually reports, quotations, daily email notifications, as well as testing all the updates was also within the framework. • Managed trainings, preparing softcopy guides, arranging licensing/authorizations and periodical updates on software for users which resulted of efficient data logs and sustainable acting CRM culture. • As being the bridge between the software company, CRM system and the users a healthy communication between them is created, which also outcome as reduction of effort/hour fees that are payed to software company.
