I began my professional life by connecting with people, understanding their needs, and taking actions that would create real value. Over the past six years, what has kept me motivated is the drive to find or develop optimal solutions within organizational and operational processes.
Through observing the growth of businesses and the challenges that arise along the way, I have gained solid experience in corporate coordination, process improvement, and system implementation, and built a strong foundation in aligning business needs with technology-driven solutions.
Currently, I am part of United Global Ro-Ro FZCO, where I monitor workflows and ensure operational alignment across departments. I also work closely with the CEO, supporting his daily workflow not only administratively but also on operational and strategic levels.
Before this, I worked at ERK Holding and ERKPORT, where I focused on CRM system implementation, cross-departmental process optimization, and communication management.
I am a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Türkiye Chapter and hold an MBA and Project Management Certification from Istanbul Technical University.
